I enjoyed my stay here, especially the cool stuffed animals in the lobby and the clean van that took us to the train. There are great opportunities to relax by the pool or in the cozy lounge area. The room could have used a bit more cleaning, but it didn’t ruin the good vibes. 😊

Had an amazing time with friends! The hotel's location made it easy to visit local spots like the scenic harbor and Caines Head State Recreation Area. The fishing option offered a nice adventure too. Rooms were comfortable, and the vibe was laid-back. Just a heads up, check the kitchen supplies, as they weren’t fully stocked during our stay.

Unfortunately, we faced a hiccup with a delayed shuttle that created some stress on our last morning. The staff didn’t proactively offer a solution, which was a letdown.

we had a fantastic stay in a deluxe queen room with two queen beds. the shuttle service was a highlight, as the driver was super friendly and helpful. the hotel is conveniently located right in the center of town, close to good restaurants and attractions.

The hotel had a charming and cozy atmosphere that made our stay enjoyable. The decor truly captured the essence of Alaska, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us, even offering an off-menu meal when I wasn't feeling well. The location was perfect, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the SeaLife Center.

Charming room, helpful staff, the shuttle service was incredibly convenient as all we had to do was request a ride at the front desk to get where we needed to go while enjoying the lovely breakfast at the restaurant.

In my wife’s opinion, the shared bathroom setup was inconvenient for families. A private bathroom would make it more family-friendly.

Had some nice moments with the staff, they really made the effort with our transport. The bartender was a gem, threw in some laughs while whipping up cocktails.
